[dice=6] As the elbow was about to make contact, he grabbed Piccolo's arm and pulled it behind his back. "Close one." He smiled as he held Samehada with his free hand. He lifted his sword to be pressed against Piccolo's hip. "You surely are faster then most I have faced lately..." His grip tightened. "Lets see how fast you are now!" Pulling back the sword, the scales on the blade will shred at the green alien. [dice=6][rand=77068991865962742359380102716386397079974575899548403076040558517]
"Ngh!" Before the scales could properly gnaw at him, Piccolo wrestled his arm out of Kisame's grip, and leapt back. "This fast enough for you?" he scoffed, before shooting a blast of ki right at the fishman.
"...me, get lost?!" Sanji sputtered, glaring at Zoro. "You're one to talk, you- ROBIN-CHWAN~!" And instantly, as a giant heart filled his visible eye, he twirled around the archaeologist. "Your beauty truly knows no bounds!"
When he shook off the kick Sanji delivered onto him, Luffy glanced at Oichi. "...who are you?"
Letting out a brief gasp, Oichi glanced away from Luffy.[rand=851891677280689574734005243103322317253183308448609487126882027646]

He chuckled, deciding to answer Zoro's question. "My friend, this is Mexico City." He took out a map, and unfurled it, revealing a map of the world, and pointed to Mexico City. "La capital una vez orgullosa del imperio azteca, ahora capital de México!"
He cleared his throat. "I know a bit of Spanish, heh."
[dice=6] 'Hm?" Kisame saw the ball of Ki being shot at him. He hesitated if he should defend with his sword, not knowing the strength or effect of the attack. So instead he jumped out of the way, barely avoiding it. As his foot made contact to the ground he placed his sword on his back and started to do hand signs. "WATER RELEASE: WATER SHARK BULLET TECHNIQUE!" As he shouted those words a large water fountain that was behind him would erupt from a shark made of water bursting though it at Piccolo.
Water Shark Bullet Technique: Attack raises depending on the nearby body of water. If nothing, the dice roll stays the same. If nearby things like fountains, sinks, pools or another large container, raise by 1. If near larger bodies like ponds and rivers, the dice raises by 3. If near oceans and seas, raise by 6. ...and when the water almost hit him, he instantly vanished.
After Image Technique - This technique is a short burst of extremely high speed, moving faster than the opponent can sense. This has the side effect of leaving a momentary "after image", until the opponent's senses adapt and realize their target has moved. Roll a dice, if it lands on an odd number, you skip that many opposing dices. 3-turn cooldown.
And before Kisame would know it...
...he reappeared behind the Shinobi, aiming a swift strike against his neck.
"...Spanish?" Luffy blinked.
"Doesn't sound like anything we'd know about." Sanji mused; ignoring Zoro for the moment.
Still, she just looked away from the group.
"...she seems kinda down." Luffy noted. "Maybe we should try feeding her meat?"
"That's what makes you feel happy." Sanji noted, before he looked at Oichi. "...it's strange... she just doesn't seem like she's got any will to move on." Then, he looked at Robin. "Robin-chwan, what do you make of this?"[rand=788239434354044421359737695052938187132183134988259087130830938273]
